NU-6027 (NU6027) is an ATP-competitive inhibitor of CDK1 and CDK2 with Ki of 2.5 uM and 1.3 uM respectively.
NU-6027 (NU6027) inhibits human tumor cells with a mean GI50 of 10 ±6 uM.
NU-6027 (NU6027) also inhibits cellular ATR (IC50=6.7 uM) and RAD51 focus formation, increases the cytotoxicity of the major classes of DNA-damaging anticancer cytotoxic therapy.
