Chemical Structure : NTCP binder peptide WD1
货号: PC-35638Not For Human Use, Lab Use Only.
NTCP binder peptide WD1 is a macrocyclic peptide, pan-genotypic inhibitor of HBV cellular entry via targeting the cell-surface receptor for HBV, sodium taurocholate cotransporting polypeptide (NTCP, Kd=15 nM), reduces HBs antigen levels in culture supernatants.

NTCP binder peptide WD1 is a macrocyclic peptide, pan-genotypic inhibitor of HBV cellular entry via targeting the cell-surface receptor for HBV, sodium taurocholate cotransporting polypeptide (NTCP, Kd=15 nM), reduces HBs antigen levels in culture supernatants.
WD1 also inhibits cellular entry by the related hepatitis D virus (HDV), and is active against diverse strains of HBV (including clinically relevant nucleos(t)ide analog-resistant and vaccine escaping strains).
WD1 exhibits no inhibition of NTCP-mediated bile acid uptake in contrast to other NTCP-binding HBV entry inhibitors.
