NSYSU-115 is a highly potent, selective RSK2 inhibitor with IC50 of 45.5 nM.
NSYSU-115 exhibited exceptional inhibitory effects on RSK2 in a panel of 41 kinases from various human kinome families.
NSYSU-115 reduces cell viability in AsPC-1 cells, with decreases of 11%, 14.3%, 17.4%, and 48.2% at concentrations of 1, 3, 10, and 30 μM, respectively.
NSYSU-115 (0.3 uM) induces significant effects in MIA PaCa-2 cells, NSYSU-115 demonstrates a dose-dependent inhibitory effect on colony formation in the pancreatic cancer cell lines.
NSYSU-115 inhibits phosphorylation and degradation downstream of RSK2 in pancreatic cancer cell lines.
NSYSU-115 exhibits a significant inhibitory effect on vimentin expression in pancreatic cancer cell lines.
