NSC361563 shows 87% reductions in DYRK1A activity when tested at 10 µM.
NSC361563 dose-dependently reduced tau phosphorylation levels at Ser199/202, Thr181, Thr212, and Thr217.
NSC361563 effectively reduced APP phosphorylation and Aβ42 production.
NSC361563 reversed Aβ oligomer-induced neuronal cell death.
