NRD167 is a potent and selective, cell-permeant SIRT5 inhibitor.
NRD167 selectively inhibits cell proliferation and induces apoptosis in SIRT5-dependent cells (OCI-AML2 and SKM-1, IC50=5-8 uM), with minimal effects on SIRT5-independent cells (KG1a and Marimo).
NRD167 recapitulates SIRT5 KD effects on AML cells.
