NQ301 (CD45 inhibitor 211, Compound 211) is a potent antithrombotic agent that inhibits thromboxane A2 receptor and synthase activity, also is a potent, selective inhibitor of CD45 tyrosine phosphatase with IC50 of 200 nM.
NQ301 displays >100-fold selectivity over other related PTPs (LAR, PTP1B, PTP-σ,  SHP-1 and MKPX).
NQ301 inhibits platelet aggregation induced by collagen, arachidonic acid and U46619 with IC50 of 0.6, 0.78 and 0.58 uM, respectivey.
NQ301 also significantly inhibits FITC-conjugated fibrinogen binding to human platelet surface GPIIb/IIIa complex.
NQ301 significantly inhibits the increase of cytosolic Ca2+ concentration, ATP secretion and platelet cAMP levels in the activated platelets.
