生物&药学活性

NIBR189 is a potent and selective EBI2 (GPR183) antagonist with IC50 of 11 and 15 nM for hEBI2 and mEBI2, respectively.
NIBR189 does not show any activity against a panel of other GPCRs, transporters, and enzymes at 30 uM.
NIBR189 blocks oxysterol-dependent activation with IC50 of 9 nM, inhibits cell migration of U937 cells with IC50 of 0.3 nM.
NIBR189 inhibits LPS-stimulated mouse astrocytes induceed macrophage migration, inhibits the effects of 7α25HC in human astrocytes.
