    NBD-14270 (NBD14270) is an HIV-1 gp120 antagonist, shows antiviral activity against HIV-1HXB2 with IC50 of 89 nM.
    NBD-14270 showed broad-spectrum antiviral activitiesa large panel of diverse HIV-1 Env-pseudotyped clinical isolates (mean IC50=0.18 uM), neutralized both the infant and maternal HIV-1 variants with mean IC50 of 0.37 uM.
