b2b attenuates diet-induced obesity and improves metabolic health in mice.
b2b disrupts LCFA flux and triglyceride biosynthesis by inhibiting the expression of ACSL1 in 3T3-L1 adipocytes.
b2b inhibits TG biosynthesis by regulating ACSL1 expression through NAMPT-NAD+-SIRT1 axis.
