Me6TREN is a small molecule Cu complexing ligand used for atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP).
Me6TREN can induce rapid mobilization of hematopoietic progenitor cells (HPSc) and exhibits more significant effects than G-CSF or AMD3100.
Me6TREN efficiently mobilize EPCs into the blood circulation and promotes angiogenesis.
Me6TREN reduces stromal cell-derived factor-1α level in bone marrow by up-regulation of MMP-9 expression.
