MST-312 (Telomerase Inhibitor IX) is a potent, reversible telomerase inhibitor that effectively reduces telomere length and inhibits proliferation in U937 cells at 1 uM.
MST-312 exertes a dose-dependent short-term cytotoxic effect on APL cells, with G2/M cell cycle arrest, and induces apoptosis of APL cells in caspase-mediated manner.
MST-312 also suppresses HSV replication at multiple steps of viral infection.
