MOG (35-55) mouse, rat is a myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) peptide derived from the extracellular domain of MOG protein and key immunodominant epitope extensively utilized in the study of autoimmune demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system (CNS), induce experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) in susceptible animal models, particularly C57BL/6 mice.
