MLT-943 is a potent and selective MALT1 protease inhibitor with IC50 of 40 nM in IL-2 reporter gene assay (Jurkat T cells), inhibits human PBMC IL-2 release with IC50 of 74 nM.
MLT-943 displayed high selectivity against a range of proteases and other selected off-target panels.
MLT-943 (10 mg/kg QD p.o.) in the rat collagen-induced arthritis model suppressed anti-collagen antibody production, reduced Tregs in rat and mouse.
