ML395 (VU0468809) displays exceptional solubility, stability and PK; an improvement over the first generation PLD2 selective inhibitor, ML298.
ML395 (VU0468809) is an useful tool to probe selective PLD2 function in vitro and in vivo, demonstrates broad-spectrum antiviral activity in cellular assays against a range of influenza strains (H1, H3, H5 and H7).
