ML364 is a potent, selective and reversible ubiquitin-specific protease USP2 inhibitor with IC50 of 1.1 uM.
ML364 also inhibits USP8 (IC50=0.95 uM), and no activity against caspase 6, caspase 7, MMP1, MMP9 and USP15, as well as a a panel of 102 kinases.
ML364 accelerates cellular cyclin D1 degradation and causes cell cycle arrest in HCT116 cancer cell lines, also causes a decrease in homologous recombination-mediated DNA repair.
