ML352 (VU0476201) exhibits no inhibition on AChE, ChAT, and dopamine, serotonin, norepinephrine transporters.
ML352 (VU0476201) exhibits noncompetitive choline uptake inhibition in intact cells and synaptosomes, and reduces the apparent density of HC-3 binding sites in membrane assay.
ML352 (VU0476201) shows limited in vitro metabolism and significant CNS penetration.
