ML191 (CCG-152883) inhibits LPI- mediated ERK1/2 phosphorylation with IC50 of 0.4 uM.
ML191 (CCG-152883) inhibits trafficking induced by 10 μM LPI in the β-arrestin trafficking assay with IC50 of 1.08 uM.
