MKP10241 is a potent, selective and oral GPR119 agonist with EC50 of 3.66 nM in cAMP assays.
MKP10241 displays a 3.5-fold enhancement in cAMP assay activity relative to GSK1292263.
MKP10241 increasesinsulin secretion by 9.8 ng/mL beyond the level induced by 11.1 mM glucose alone in the HIT-T15 insulinoma cell line.
MKP10241 shows significant MASH resolution in STAM mouse model of MASH/MASLD.
