MK-0608 is a nucleoside analogue that shows potent inhibition for replication of several mosquito-borne flaviviruses including DENV and ZIKV.
MK-0608 also inhibits viral RNA replication in the subgenomic HCV genotype 1b replicon with EC50 of 0.3 uM, inhibits ZIKV viral polymerase both in vitro and in vivo.
