MIPS-19416 is a potent dual class I and class II PI3Ks inhibitor with IC50 of 13 nM (PI3KC2α), equal to or more potent than against class I isoforms or against PI3KC2β (IC50=12-94 nM).
MIPS-19416 reproduces the platelet cell biology effects of PI3KC2α-deficiency.
MIPS-19416 is potently antithrombotic in human blood ex vivo and mice in vivo and does not affect hemostasis.
