MINA53 inhibitor 10 is a first in class, potent, selective MINA53 inhibitor with IC50 of 1.5 uM, selective over NO66, KDM4-6 and other JmjC oxygenases.
MINA53 inhibitor 10 display no significant inhibitory effect against 20G Oxygenase panel (IC50>30 uM).
MINA53 inhibitor 10 binds to MINA53 by directly interacting with the iron cofactor.
MINA53 inhibitor 10 demonstrated antiproliferative effect in a panel of leukemia and lymphoma cell lines (HL60 IC50=14 uM), also sensitized cancer cells to conventional chemotherapy.
