MCC-555 (Isaglitazone, Netoglitazone, RWJ 241947) profoundly suppresses growth of PC-3 prostate cancer xenografts with prominent apoptosis, as well as fibrosis, including inflammatory and giant cell reaction in the remaining tumor tissue.
