MCB-613 is a potent steroid receptor coactivator (SRC1, SRC2 and SRC3) stimulator.
MCB-613 super-stimulates SRCs' transcriptional activity, increases SRCs' interactions with other coactivators and markedly induces ER stress coupled to the generation of ROS.
MCB-613 causes rapid and selective depletion of p53-R175H protein via an ubiquitin dependent lysosome-mediated pathway, inhibits tumor growth in vivo.
