MAGMAS inhibitor BT9 is a small molecule MAGMAS (mitochondria associated, granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor signaling molecule) inhibitor with binding Kd of 33 uM.
MAGMAS inhibitor BT9 inhibits growth at the 4 μM scale in yeast proliferation assays.
MAGMAS inhibitor BT9 decreases cell proliferation, migration, and oxidative phosphorylation in adult glioblastoma cell lines (DAOY cell, 24hrs IC50: 3.6uM; D425 cells, 24hrs IC50: 3.4uM).
