M435-1279 is a small molecule inhibitor of UBE2T inhibitor with binding KD of 50.5 uM in MST assay, inhibits the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway hyperactivation through blocking UBE2T-mediated degradation of RACK1.
M435-1279 significantly inhibits the growth of HGC27, AGS, and MKN45 cells.
M435-1279 blocks β-catenin translocation into nuclear and gastric cancer (GC) progression.
M435-1279 blocks UBE2T-RACK1 axis-induced hyperactivation of the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway.
