M3913 is a potential, first-in-class WFS1 transmembrane glycoprotein-targeting unfolded protein response (UPR) inducer (ER stress modulator) with EC50 of 1.5 uM for CHOP induction in vitro.
M3913 inhibits cell viability of DU4475 and H929 cell line with IC50 of 0.35 and 0.76 uM, respectively.
M3913 has anti-myeloma activity in preclinical models.
M3913 is effective against NSCLC in preclinical models.
