Lemborexant (E2006) exhibits an overall improvement in properties such as the TDI of CYP3A and aqueous solubility, high OXRs antagonist activity and sufficient brain penetration.
Lemborexant (E2006) demonstrates high efficacy in preclinical sleep experiments.
