LZJ66 (STAT3-IN-20, Compound 40) is a potent, selective STAT3 inhibitor, inhibits L-6/JAK/STAT3 signaling pathway with IC50 of 0.65 uM.
LZJ66 (STAT3-IN-20, Compound 40) has a lower IC50 value of 0.65 μM than positive control Stattic (IC50 = 2.21 uM).
LZJ66 (STAT3-IN-20, Compound 40) exhibits significant antiproliferative effect against DU145 cells with an IC50 value of 2.97 uM.
LZJ66 (STAT3-IN-20, Compound 40) directly bind and target the STAT3 protein to inhibit the function of the STAT3 SH2 domain with an intensity equivalent to that of the Stattic positive control.
