LEI-945 (LEI 945) is a first-in-class probe that enables profiling retinaldehyde dehydrogenases (ALDHs) in cancer cells.
LEI-945 can be used for the activity-based protein profiling (ABPP) of retinaldehyde dehydrogenases, ALDH1A1, ALDH1A2 and ALDH1A3.
LEI-945 enables the quantification of ALDH isozyme activities in a panel of cancer cell lines via both fluorescence and chemical proteomic approaches.
