LDH-IN-1 (LDH inhibitor 63) is a potent, selective and cell-active lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) inhibitor with IC50 of 32 nM/27 nM for LDHA/LDHB respectively.
LDH inhibitor 63 shows negligible activity against both MDH and IDH1 (IC50>20 uM).
LDH inhibitor 63 exhibits IC50 of 0.85 uM in cell-based lactate production assay using the A673 human sarcoma and MiaPaCa-2 human pancreatic cancer.
LDH inhibitor 63 demonstrated cellular target engagement, slow in vitro off-rate and good microsomal stability and aqueous solubility.
