LCH 7749944 (GNF-PF-2356) is a novel and potent PAK4 with IC50 of 14.93 uM, shows weak activity against other PAK family members.
LCH 7749944 effectively suppresses the proliferation, migration and invasion of human gastric cancer cells through downregulation of PAK4/c-Src/EGFR/cyclin D1 pathway.
LCH 7749944 also inhibits the formation of filopodia and induces cell elongation in SGC7901 cells, causes successful inhibition of EGFR activity.
