    L-733060 is an orally active, non-peptide, selective antagonist for the NK1 receptor with Ki of 0.8 nM.
    L-733060 inhibits neurogenic plasma extravasation in rat dura produced by electrical stimulation of trigeminal nerves with ID50 of 212 mg/kg, i.v.
    L-733060  shows no effect on mean arterial blood pressure or heart rate in conscious or anaesthetised rats.
