Sebetralstat (KVD900) is a potent, selective, competitive and reversible inhibitor of human plasma kallikrein (PKa) enzyme with Ki of 3.02 nM.
Sebetralstat (KVD900) inhibits dextran sulphate (DXS)-stimulated PKa enzyme activity and HK cleavage and reduced plasma prekallikrein and Factor XII activation in plasma.
Sebetralstat (KVD900) is a fast-acting oral PKa inhibitor that rapidly inhibits PKa activity, kallikrein kinin system activation and kininogen (HK) cleavage in plasma. shows a potential on-demand treatment for hereditary angioedema (HAE).
