KS10076 is a metal chelator with potent anti-cancer cytotoxicity, destabilizes STAT3 by elevating ROS, shows remarkable cytotoxic efficacy in 100 cancer cell lines of different types with IC50 of <1 uM.
KS10076 induces STAT3 degradation and thereby promotes autophagic cell death via the EIF2A/LC3B signaling pathway.
KS10076 eliminates pSTAT3/ALDH1+ stem cells in CRC patient-derived organoids.
KS10076 significantly reduced STAT3 and ALDH1 in HCT116 and SW480 murine xenograft models.
