KNT-127 is a potent, selective δ-opioid receptor (DOR) agonist with Ki of 0.16 nM, dispalys 133.5-fold and 960.5-fold selectivity over μOR and κOR respectively.
KNT-127 significantly decreases the duration of immobility and increased the duration of swimming without influencing spontaneous locomotor activity in mice (1mg/kg, s.c.).
