KML29 is a potent, highly selective MAGL (monoacylglycerol lipase) inhibitor with IC50 of 15 nM.
KML29 shows no cross-activity with FAAH or other serine hydrolases.
KML29 potently inhibits 2-AG hydrolysis, but does not affect AEA hydrolysis.
KML29 reduces inflammatory and neuropathic nociceptive behaviour without occurrence of cannabimimetic side effects.
