KC7F2 prevents the activation of HIF-target genes such as CA IX, MMP2, Endothelin 1, and Enolase 1.
KC7F2 down regulates of HIF-1α protein synthesis by suppression of the phosphorylation of 4EBP1 and p70S6K.
