    Jun9-88-6R is highly selective toward Mpro and does not inhibit the host calpain I, cathepsins B, K, L, caspase-3, and trypsin.
    Jun9-88-6R inhibited SARS-CoV-2 replication in Vero E6 cells with IC50 of 0.58 uM.
