Jaktinib hydrochloride (Gecacitinib, Momelotinib-3,3,5,5-d4) is a deuterated form of momelotinib and selective JAK1/2 inhibitor with IC50 of 0.1 μM on cells transformed by selected oncogenic mutants of tyrosine kinases, inhibits activity of JAK1, JAK2, JAK3, and TYK2, blocks the JAK-STAT signaling pathway.
