Isomigrastatin (iso-Migrastatin) is an analogue of migrastatin that shows potent antiproliferative effect on tumor cell lines and selectively inhibits translation.
Isomigrastatin inhibits the migration of human metastatic breast cancer cells, prostate cancer cells, and colon cancer cells but not normal mammary-gland epithelial cells, fibroblasts, and leukocytes.
