Ibiglustat (Venglustat) exhibits significantly lower tissue levels of GL-3 and lyso-GL-3 and a delayed progression of a thermal nociceptive response in administered Fabry mice.
Ibiglustat (Venglustat) shows favorable pharmacological properties and safety profile.
