IWR-1 is a potent inhibitor of Wnt signaling with EC50 of 0.2 uM.
IWR-1 induces Axin2 protein levels and promotes β-catenin phosphorylation by stabilizing Axin-scaffolded destruction complexes.
IWR-1 inhibites the promoting effect of MIF on NSPC differentiation to neuron lineage, partially reverses the FSH-induced inhibition of granulosa cell CARTPT mRNA expression.
