ITK inhibitor C-161 is a potent, selective ITK kinase inhibitor with SPR Kd of 387 nM, dose-dependently inhibits IL-2 expression with IC50 of 494 nM.
C-161 attenuated Th2 and Th17 differentiation in vitro.
C-161 administration ameliorated asthma disease progression.
C-161 suppressed Th2/Th17-related immune responses in HDM-induced asthmatic mice.
