生物&药学活性

IQDMA is a cell-permeable, small molecule inhibitor of the transcription factor STAT5, and dual STAT3/5 degrader (IC50=0.54-1.63 μM).
IQDMA exhibits anticancer activity and inhibits the growth of A549, HL-60 and K562 cells with IC50 of 8, 5 and 8 uM, respectively.
IQDMA is a broad‐range multi‐kinase inhibitor that suppresses STAT3/5 nuclear levels.
IQDMA and PAK kinase inhibitor FRAx597 are highly effective in reducing tumor growth in an intradermal xenograft mouse model.
