IKK2-IN-9 is a potent, selective and orally active IKK2 inhibitor with IC50 of 19 nM, displays 20-fold selectivity over IKK1 (IC50=420 nM).
IKK2-IN-9 inhibits lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced TNFα production in human PBMCs with IC50 of 0.22 uM.
IKK2-IN-9 dose-dependently inhibist the TNF-α response in murine model of acute inflammation.
