HLM006474 is a selective small-molecule E2F1 (E2F transcription factor 1) inhibitor, inhibits E2F4 DNA-binding with IC50 of 29.8 uM in A549 cells.
HLM006474 is not specific to E2F4 and appears to inhibit binding by all E2F complexes.
HLM006474 inhibits E2F4 activity through inhibition of its DNA-binding activity and down regulation of its expression.
HLM006474 induces apoptosis in multiple cell lines, HLM006474 treatment leads to apoptosis in a manner distinct from traditional chemotherapeutic drug.
HLM006474 inhibits melanocyte proliferation,synergizes with paclitaxel in lung cancer cell lines.
