    HJC0338 is a potent and specific EPAC2 antagonist with IC50 of 0.4 uM for competing with 8-NBD-cAMP in binding EPAC2.
    HJC0338 exhibits no inhibition of EPAC1-mediated Rap1-GDP exchange activity at 25 uM.
    HJC0338 selectively block cAMP-induced EPAC2 activation but do not inhibit cAMP-mediated PKA activation.
