Glumetinib (SCC 244) profoundly and specifically inhibits c-Met signal transduction and suppresses the c-Met-dependent neoplastic phenotype of tumor and endothelial cells.
Glumetinib (SCC 244) exhibits robust in vivo antitumor activity in NSCLC and hepatocellular carcinoma models.
