Gingerenone A is a dual inhibitor of JAK2 and S6K1 pathways, selectively kills cancer cells while exhibiting minimal toxicity toward normal cells.
Gingerenone A induces apoptosis in cancer cells and suppresses tumor growth in vivo associated with relative phosphorylation levels of JAK2 and S6K1.
Gingerenone A suppresses obesity and adipose tissue inflammation in high-fat diet-fed mice.
