GW7647 is a potent, selective PPARα agonist with EC50 of 6 nM, dispalys high selectivity over PPARγ and PPARδ.
GW7647 shows potent lipid-lowering activity in animal models of dyslipidemia.
GW7647 also inhibits USP1/UAF1 noncompetitively with Ki of 0.7 uM.
GW7647 displays selectivity against a number of deubiquitinases, deSUMOylase, and cysteine proteases.
GW7647 reduces LPS-induced NO production.
